Mosmi Kanu Malhotra neé Biscuitwala, of Ballwin, Missouri, passed away on Friday, September 21, 2018, at the age of 38. Beloved daughter of Kanu and Meena Biscuitwala; devoted mother of Krishna Dylan Malhotra; and loving granddaughter of Dhanuben Parekh. She was a loving niece, cousin, aunt, and friend to many.

Mosmi was preceded in death by her grandparents, Kantilal Parekh, Thakordas and Chandiben Biscuitwala.

Mosmi was the definition of determined. Any room that she walked into was filled with her radiant smile, nothing could keep her down for long.

She was a small business owner that was continuously giving back to the community and supporting charities like Seize the Day that offered assistance to sufferers of epilepsy, which she had also battled with.

Being a big believer that positive thoughts lead to positive outcomes Mosmi filled her life with daily affirmations and prayer.

Every person who has been touched by Mosmi's warmth will know the loss her family is currently facing.

In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Epilepsy Foundation of Missouri.

    candle 8Dear Kanu and Meena,
I am devastated to hear about Your loss. 20 years ago I had the privilege of being paired up as Mosmi’s junior counselor partner at student council camp. From the first time we spoke I could tell she has the warmest, most loving soul. And even though we would lose touch from time to time it was always the most uplifting feeling when we would reconnect and talk. My life is better because she is part of my life.

    Meena and Kanubhai,

A few years ago at Navaratri Garba, I saw a beautiful young girl and told my friend about her. She said she is Meena’s daughter Mosmi. I said no wonder she is beautiful and cheerful like her mother. That was the first and last time I saw Mosmi. When we heard the sad news of her passing, we couldn’t believe it and couldn’t imagine what you must be going thru. Sorry, when we met you today we couldn’t come up with a single word of comfort. May God bless Mosmi’s soul and grant her peace. May God give you courage in this difficult time and Mosmi’s happy memories will help you in time. You and your family are in our prayers.
