Mildred “Jeanie” Howell

Mildred "Jeanie" Howell (nee Phipps), of Maryland Heights, MO, passed away Saturday, September 28, 2019 at the age of 79. Loving wife of the late Darrell Smith Howell; beloved daughter of the late Avon and Lou Emma Phipps; devoted mother of D. Steven (Cathy) Howell; cherished grandmother of Michael Howell, Andrew Howell, and Emily Howell; dear sister of Janice (Marshall) Anderson and Phyllis Pruett; half-sister of Gail Belcher; beloved sister-in-law, aunt, cousin, and friend to many. Mildred is preceded in death by her brother, Paul Phipps.

Mildred was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
