Mary Ellen, made my family feel so at home when we moved to Lake Saint Louis. We worked out together several times a week to Jane Fonda Aerobics. We laughed so hard, I think we burned more calories from laughing than working out! It is hard for me to believe she is gone. Such a vibrant personality and such a caring person. I am praying for all who loved her. God bless you all in the difficult days ahead.

I met Mary playing poker. I new her through one her sons Matthew. She I shared few words but they where kind and jovial. She had such a positive presence wherever you found her. And with lasting effect. She has great children of which I have had the complete honor of meeting all of them. They are a true testament to what a great person she was. Always positive never demeaning. She had such a realistic down to earth but classy way. I don’t have to say how much she is missed. A true Patriarch.

candle 1Home just won’t be the same without Mary Ellen across the street. One absolutely amazing lady. She knew everything going on in this neighborhood – not because she was a nosy neighbor but because she truly cared about everyone in the neighborhood. I have said many times, my claim to fame is living across the street from Mary Ellen Renaud. She would always say to me “see you at home, honey”. People would look puzzled and we would just giggle. She was always on the go and so full of life. Made everyone feel like they were the most important person in the room. She will be missed by so many. Prayers for everyone that she has touched. Amazing woman.
