My deepest condolences to your family at this difficult time. I attended his services with my boyfriend, Dan Cross, on Friday and they were beautiful. Marshall would be pleased to see so many people come to pay their respects. I didn’t know Marshall as well as Dan did (they worked together), but I feel as if I knew Marshall through the wonderful stories that Dan would tell me when he came home. I feel your sorrow over your loss, I too, am a mother of angels (my 2 kids are in heaven with Marshall). No matter how old he is, he will always be your baby boy. I feel as if my angels were waiting for Marshall’s arrival and took him by the hand to lead him around heaven. I believe Marshall is a good guy and he is at peace. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you need anything. My prayers are with you all.

To Marshall’s family, My prayers are with you in this time of grief. Marshall was a friend of my son Dustin Neider and so many wonderful memories will live forever with me. He was like one of my own children during my son’s high school years. The boys were always together and he was so much a joyous part of our lives. He was so bright, funny and always brought a smile or laugh. The “window dance” will live forever in the hearts of the people there that day and he will be sorely missed by all of us. We love you always Marshall Brigitte and family

To The Fink and Gentles Families May God heal your hearts quickly and fill them with loving memories of Marshall. I think that I speak for everyone in Marshall’s Marine Max Family, he will be missed and never forgotten. Gonna miss my inside source on old Harley trivia and yes, even the boat rides with him at the wheel. Better sit down and hold on!! I miss you my friend, will catch up with you later.

To all that knew Marshall, Marshall was one of my best friends some time ago. He had a heart of love and was compasionate. He was funny as it gets. He always had my friends and me laughing. He was also the best guitar player that I have ever personally met. I just wanted to share those memories with all, so they can be enjoyed by you as well. I love you Marshall, and I will always remember and miss you. God bless you. -JC-

candle 7This is long overdue, but my sincere condolences to your family. I grew up in East Dundee and met Marshall when I was 11 (1991) and his father Richard (Dick). We instantly became great friends and I would look forward to hanging out with him every summer. Marshall and I were big fans of music, the early 90s alternative rock scene, cars and fireworks. His father treated me like a son and took us to car shows and swap meets, and I would love watching him work on this cars in amazement. I lost my father at 13 so to have this great friend and his father be so close to me at such a tough time was remarkable. He shared my fathers passion for antiques which I admired. I had lost touch with Dick for the last 10 years. I assumed he moved and through some research online I just discovered that he passed in 2010 the day I am writing this note (8/26/19). This is just heartbreaking. I miss both of them so much as they were great friends and I considered them family.
