Lee Ransom Weinert, Sr.

April 14, 1928 — June 22, 2021

Lee Ransom Weinert, Sr., son of the late Frederick Ransom and Lillian Milbert Wenz Weinert, was born in St. Louis, Missouri on April 14, 1928, passed away peacefully on June 22, 2021 at the age of 93. He lived in the St. Louis area his entire life and served in the military during the Korean War. Direct family surviving - three children: Lee Ransom Weinert, Jr., Bradley Weinert and Elizabeth (Terry) Shamblin, three grandsons: Nicholas (Jessica) Bozada, James Shamblin, and Jacob Shamblin; two great-grandchildren, Samuel and Nathan Bozada. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty May Brawley Weinert, and three brothers, Vernon Frederick Weinert, Norman Philip Weinert, and Stanley Lewis Weinert.
