Kenneth Wayne “Ken” Pemberton Jr.
July 25, 1944 — November 8, 2017
Kenneth Wayne "Ken" Pemberton, age 73 of Defiance, Missouri, November 8, 2017. Beloved husband of Kathie Pemberton; cherished son of the late Kenneth Wayne, Sr. and Virginia Pemberton ; devoted father of Kaitlyn Pemberton; dear brother of Jim Pemberton and Mark Pemberton; Ken is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Ken is preceded in death by his sister Julie Greeves.
Ken was born in St. Louis Missouri. He was gifted in sports, especially basketball and baseball. Ken played basketball for the University of North Texas in the early 1960’s. He enjoyed playing golf. Most importantly Ken loved his family. He was deeply loved and will be immensely missed by all who knew and loved him.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or Alzheimer’s Association.
