Katherine McNamee

Katherine McNamee (nee: Mulherin), of Lake Saint Louis, MO, fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, on Thursday, December 15, 2016, at the age of 72. Beloved wife of 52 years to Bernard J. McNamee; cherished daughter of the late Harold and Edna Mulherin; devoted mother of Brad (Anne) McNamee and Matthew (Jane) McNamee; loving grandmother of Denton, Eva, Aidan, and Brady McNamee; and dear sister of Harold (Mary) Mulherin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and numerous friends.

Katherine was a very friendly cashier at Schnucks, and retired after working there for over 25 years. In earlier years, she and her family enjoyed traveling all over America, in their VW van, and camping along the way. In more recent years, she and her husband, Bernard, took the opportunity to see the world together. They were able to travel to a number countries all over the world. Katherine was a very talented artist, who excelled at oil painting and loved to decorate. She will be remembered for her genuine love of people and her desire to create lasting memories with her family and friends. Katherine was always the life of the party! She was dearly loved, and will be truly missed by all who knew her.
