June Virginia Stein

Stein, June Virginia, of O’Fallon, MO, formerly of Jennings, MO, passed away on Tuesday, May 30, 2017, at the age of 93. Cherished wife of the late Carl I. Stein for 63 years. Dearest daughter of the late Edward and Estelle Rathgens, daughter-in-law of the late Carl and Elma Stein; dear sister-in-law of the late Marie and Walter Jameson; dear aunt of the late Joyce and Roland Ogle; Janet (Kenneth) Albers; Jacqueline (the late Terry) Folts; James (Anita) Jameson and Jay Jameson; great-aunt; great-great aunt, cousin, Godmother and friend to many.
June was a dedicated volunteer at James S. McDonnell USO and Missouri Veterans Home in St. Louis. She was a longtime member of Bethany-Peace U.C.C., a faithful choir member and past President of Women’s Fellowship.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or Heartland Hospice.
