Terris, Jon, of St. Charles, MO, died on Wednesday, August 3, 2016, at the age of 42. Jon is survived by his mother Janet Terris, step-father Mike Williams, and step-mother Barbara Saul Terris; his beloved niece Raine Terris and nephew Hunter Terris-Potter; and his dear Pomeranian companion Bandit. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and numerous friends. Jon is preceded in death by his father Phillip “Rocky” Terris, his sister Lisa Terris, his grandparents Elsie and Alva Blankenship, and his beloved Pomeranian “Yogi.”
Jon graduated from St. Charles West High School in 1991, and then enlisted in the United States Air Force, proudly serving his country for 4 years. He became a Police Officer and worked for Bel-Ridge Police Department for 10 years. Jon then became a self-employed owner/operator of a local sign shop, and, most recently, a self-employed truck driver working with a company called Horizon. In his free time, Jon loved listening to music, watching movies, watching any kind of sports, working out at the gym, and spending time with family and friends. Jon will truly be missed by all of his family and friends.
Memorials may be given or mailed to Baue Funeral and Memorial Center, 3950 West Clay, St. Charles, MO 63301, in care of Janet Terris for his niece Raine and nephew Hunter.












Jon was a one of a kind guy and had a huge heart. Praying for all who loved Jon especially his family. Heaven gained an amazing guy!!
So sad to hear of Jon’s passing. A good guy who will be missed by many.

Jon was one of the most respectful and kind person I have known. He was always making me laugh when he was with my sons Jeremy and Zac. He will be missed by so many. RIP Jon and always know you will never be forgotten. May God bless you and give your family the strength needed at this time
