JoAnn Duerbeck (nee: VarVera), age 63, of O’Fallon, Missouri, fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church on Saturday, May 6, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Dennis L. Duerbeck; cherished daughter of the late Joesph and Shirley A. VarVera; devoted mother of Clayton Duerbeck, Kimberly (Jim) Goodwin, and Tammy Duerbeck; loving grandmother of Tyler, Madison, Cece, Jackson, and Hope; dear sister of the late Frances Cox; and treasured daughter-in-law of the late Mary Ellen and Walter Duerbeck. She is also survived by loving siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and numerous friends. She was deeply loved, and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Memorial contributions may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
A visitation will be held immediately following the service until 8:00 pm.
