Jerry Allan Lewis

June 3, 1951 — February 27, 2019

Jerry Allan Lewis of Wentzville, MO, formerly of Keller, TX, passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at the age of 67. Beloved husband of Jackie Lewis; devoted father of Jason (Christina) Lewis and Jennie Lewis; son of the late Charles and Marian Lewis; adored brother of Gail (Bob) Wuebbels and Donna Lewis; dear son-in-law of Gerry Murray and brother-in-law of Judie (Mark) Fitzgerald, Roy (Mary Jane) Field, David (Jori) Field, Tony (Michelle) Field, and Tim (Leti) Field; best friend of Kerry and Sharon Kane & Family; treasured uncle and great-uncle; and relative and friend to many.

Jerry proudly served in the United States Navy. He dedicated many years as a manager for a copier company before retiring and moving closer to family. He loved to be around people and animals, particularly dogs. He enjoyed playing pranks and joking around. He also enjoyed playing cards, especially Hearts and Spades. During quiet moments, Jerry liked to fish, watch TV in his recliner, or go out to see films with Jackie. He kept up-to-date with politics and was always ready to cheer on the St. Louis Cardinals. Jerry was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Jerry's name to MD ANDERSON Houston, TX which helped Jerry so much through his 20-year battle with G.I.S.T.
