Jeffrey David Phillips of O’Fallon, Missouri, passed away Sunday, April 21, 2019, at the age of 61. Beloved husband of Christine Ruth Phillips; cherished son of Collette and the late David Phillips; devoted father of Jessica (Rob) Rossi, Lisa Sutter, and Nicholas Phillips; dear brother of Melinda Phillips, and David Phillips; loving grandfather of Isabella Rossi, Robbie Rossi, and Cameron Sherman; treasured stepson of Angie Phillips; dear uncle, relative, and friend.
Jeffrey especially loved to play the guitar. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Memorials may be donated in Jeff's honor to the American Heart Association.
