Jane Elizabeth Hollaway

October 2, 1934 — January 10, 2019

Jane Elizabeth Hollaway, nee Lorenz, of Saint Charles, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, January 10, 2019, at the age of 84. Beloved wife of the late Raymond Hollaway; cherished daughter of the late Joseph and Barbara Lorenz; devoted mother of Dan (Marcia) Hollaway, Tracy Diekmann, Laura (Gary) Owens, Stanley Hollaway, Kevin Hollaway, and Kenneth "KJ" (Tammy) Hollaway; loving grandmother of 16; treasured great-grandmother of 14. Loving aunt, cousin, and friend to many. Jane is also preceded in death by son-in-law Jay Diekmann, and sisters Bernice Boland and Maryann Malsh.

Jane was a faithful member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother who will always be remembered for baking cookies for her family. Jane loved to travel with her husband, and also enjoyed bowling and reading mystery novels. She was part of a ladies’ card club. Most of all, she loved her family. She will be dearly missed by her family and many friends.

Memorials may be made in Jane’s honor to St. Vincent DePaul and St. Charles Borromeo School.
