James S. Lasley, of O’Fallon, Missouri, passed away Friday, November 8, 2019 at the age of 85. Loving husband of the late Margaret Irene Lasley; beloved son of the late Dewey C. and Mary Lasley; devoted father of James (Donna) Lasley; dear brother of Jerry Lasley, Bertha Jackson; cherished grandfather of ten and great-grandfather of eight; brother-in-law of Edward (Penny) Sallade, and Michael Sallade; beloved uncle, cousin and friend to many. James is preceded in death by his son, Paul Alan (Ruth) Lasley; brother, Murel Lasley; sister, Lillie Mayborne.
James proudly served his country in the United States Army. He worked for Boeing for near 40 years before retiring. James was an avid NASCAR fan. James was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
