James N. Orr

James Neil Orr, of Weldon Spring, MO, passed away on May 18, 2017, age of 86. Loving husband of 42 years to Patricia Ann Orr; beloved son of the late John and Gwendolyn Orr; devoted father of David E. (Gail) Orr, James (Joann Grindler) Orr, Linda (Mike) Railsback, and Michelle (Barry) Winstead cherished grandfather of Nathan (Sara) Orr, Paul Railsback, Donald Railsback, Brighty (Robert) Babcock, Megan (Timothy) Puntillo, Shanna (Terrence) O'Brien, Hannah Winstead, and Heidi Winstead; treasured great-grandfather of fifteen; dear brother of Donald (Diana) Orr; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. He is preceded in death by his two sisters, Norma Orr and Jacquelyn Rodgers.

James proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He worked at St. Louis County Water Company for 42 years. He was a member of the American Legion Post #385 and volunteered at the St. Louis Zoo for many years. James enjoyed carpentry projects, was a history buff and had an amazing sense of humor. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
