James “Jim” Martin Robertson

December 14, 1937 — May 5, 2020

James “Jim” Martin Robertson, of Wentzville, MO, passed away at the age of 82 on Tuesday, May 5, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Victoria Robertson; and his brother, Gordon Robertson.

Jim is survived by his beloved wife of forty-nine years, Jerra Robertson; his daughter; Sharra (Christopher) Repp; his grandson, Skyler Repp; and his brothers, Charles (Claire) Robertson, Donald Robertson, and Richard (Linda) Robertson.

Jim honorably served in the United States Marine Corps. He was a talented ice-skater who greatly enjoyed the times he and Jerra spent ice-dancing. Family always came first for Jim, and throughout his forty-three-year career with Chrysler he made sure that they were always taken care of. Jim was a great grandfather who idolized his grandson and was always looking to spend as much time as he could with him. Together, the two of them bonded over the game Jim loved and played in his youth – baseball. He liked getting work done outdoors and putting in the effort to make sure his yard was always looking great. There was a special place in his heart for animals and Jim will be greatly missed by his beloved toy poodles, Sadie and Cody. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Memorial contributions may be made in Jim's honor to Stray Rescue of St. Louis.
