Jacqueline “Jackie” Delores (nee Vincent) Schneider

Jaqueline “Jackie” Schneider of O’Fallon, Missouri peacefully transitioned at the age of 92 and made her entrance into Heaven on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 with her family at her side.

Cherished wife of the late Melvin Schneider; treasured daughter of the late George and Una Vincent; loving, devoted mother of Thomas (Laura) Berry, Phyllis (Fred) Lachmann, Stephen (Judy) Schneider Sr, Michael Schneider, John (Terri) Schneider, Karen Schneider, Rebecca "Becky" (Michael) Steiniger, and Amy Jacezko. Proud grandmother of 24 and great-grandmother of 29. Dear sister of the late Geraldine McLaughlin and friend to many.

She enjoyed many activities throughout her long life from playing volleyball and softball in high school, to league bowling, quilting, sewing, gulf fishing, and all sorts of card playing – Euchre, Bridge, Spades, Rummy. She rarely missed Jeopardy and LOVED her Cardinals baseball. Jackie was most proud of her family and watching it grow – and it is her legacy. Nothing brought a bigger smile to her face than hearing ‘another announcement’ of a new baby coming.

Jackie was a charter parishioner of St. Barnabas the Apostle Church in O’Fallon, MO. She touched many lives and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Jackie’s name to Crisis Nursery of Wentzville, MO, Dystonia Foundation or Masses.
