I so enjoyed Isabel! I am the coordinator for the Meals on Wheels program and everyone who delivered to her loved her. We didn’t get to deliver to her for very long but she sure made an impact on a lot of people. Prayers to all the family and friends during this time of loss.

Aunt Izzie was a friend as well as a mentor. She touched 2 generations of the Dale & Diane Ohmes family. We introduced her to the next generation and she was remembered fondly by them.

Dear Roger and Sharon, and Sharon and Larry, I am so sorry to hear of your mom’s passing. Although it has been many years since I last saw Isabel, I remember spending quite a bit of time on the phone with her. I still make her recipe for Lebkuchen cookies at Christmas time. Please accept my sincere condolences. She was a sweet lady.

My deepest sympathy to all of the family! Izzy worked for me many years and is also a cousin. My son still has a blanket she crocheted for him when he was born. She had those strong Weichens genes. My Grandma Kuester (Weichens) alsp live to be 101 years old. God bless all of her family and I will add her to my prayers each day at Mass. She lived a wonderful life.

You will be deeply missed my sweet friend! I’m sad that you have left this earthly world but I know that Heaven has gained the kindest and most loving angel. I will miss our talks more than you’ll ever know, thank you for always being there for me!
