Ethel M. Bain

Ethel Marie Bain, of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away Monday, January 18, 2021 at the age of 86. Loving wife of the late F. Harold Bain; beloved daughter of the late Robert and Cecilia Reckert; devoted mother of Kathleen (Robert) Bechmann, Douglas H. (Sue) Bain, Beverly Curry, Evelyn (Steve) Ratkowski, and Christopher (Tracie) Bain; cherished grandmother of Robert Bechmann, Jeremy Bechmann, Cody Bain, Cheyenne Bain, Angela Finley, Kenneth Finley, Bryan (Tanya Darapiza) Ratkowski, Robyn (Josh) Dietrich, Nicole Ratkowski, Matthew (Katie) Ratkowski, Bryce Bain, and Rylie Bain; treasured great-grandmother of Jeremy VanVelkinburgh, Dakota Bechmann, Marceline Ratkowski, Simon Ratkowski, and Benton Dietrich.  Ethel was also preceded in death by her four siblings.

Ethel truly loved animals, especially her cats and dogs. She enjoyed the outdoors and gardening her roses. Ethel was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
