Sue and I are so saddened to lose this great man. Our hearts go out to all of David’s family. We were so lucky to have David cross our life’s path when we were at Whitmoor. What a great person to be around. What a positive life we saw him live. Deep love for his family, and ALWAYS a friend who could be counted on for so many things. David you made me laugh, you made me appreciate the great game of golf, and you showed me how to play the great game of life. Rest in peace.

We are saddened to hear the passing of Dave, he was a true gentleman and always a delight to be around. I met Dave shortly after his move to St. Louis calling on the grocery industry and always looked forward to Thursday nights at Harvester Lanes. Would always take time to talk to Pat and help anyone in anyway he could. Our deepest sympathy to the Poole Family. David, you had a great role model for a father, he will always be reserved and missed by all who knew him. 🎳

For seventy two years David and I were good buddies. Out of high school our first job together was in the grocery business. We spent nights at each other’s house, played a lot of ball together. The last 30years we met David & Loetta ln branson with three other couples(all close friends). David is without pain now and Loetta will be well taken care of by their children. But we will sorely miss you old buddy goodby for now.

    To Mr. Poole’s loved ones,
My condolences to you in this time of sadness. May these promises from the Scriptures help you to endure, for Jehovah is the God of all comfort. “Do not be anxious…..but in everything by prayer and supplication along with thanksgiving, let your petitions be made known to God; and the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus.” Isaiah 26:4; 2 Corinthians 1:3-4; Philippians 4:6-7 NWT. Peace, and many happy memories of Mr. Poole be with you.

We saddened at Dave’s passing. He was a kind and thoughtful man. When the University of Arizona won the College World Series, Dave brought Al (a huge fan) a commemorative hat from the final game. We will miss his sense of humor.
