Dewey Crapo
August 2, 1930 — April 16, 2017
Dewey Crapo, of St. Peters, Missouri, age 86, April 16, 2017. Loving husband of the late Floy E. Crapo; beloved son of the late Walter and Nova Crapo; devoted father of Kevin (Marci) Crapo, Dewey (Susan) Crepeau, Jr., Tim Crapo, and the late Paul Crapo; treasured grandfather of 7; cherished great-grandfather of 13; and dear brother of David (Freda) Crapo and Betty Jean (Don) Roberts.
Dewey proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was employed at McDonnell Douglas for 34 years. In his free time, he enjoyed woodworking and photography. Most of all, Dewey loved spending time with his wonderful children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He was deeply loved, and will be missed by all who knew him.
Private First Class Dewey L. Crapo, 8228 M.A.S.H. Korea 1952/53, will be honored with a military graveside service.
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of St. Peters.
