Denise Dunn-Garwood, of St. Charles, MO, passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2016, at the age of 61. Loving daughter of the late William and Virginia Dunn; dear sister of Bill (Dixie) Dunn and Thomas (the late Jill) Dunn; cherished aunt of Jennifer (Steve) Hanson, Deanna Dunn, David (Jessica) Dunn, Kimberly (Damion) Kogut, and Eric (Abby) Brown; treasured great-aunt of Jake, Erin, Kyle, Hunter, Ryan, Dylan, Andrew, Katherine, and Blake; she is also survived by her beloved Springer Spaniels, Buckey and Molly and her beloved Papillion’s, Bandit and Ari.
Denise loved shopping, jewelry, and interior decorating. She truly enjoyed spending time with family and friends, and cooking and gardening. She had a passion for animal rescue, and adored her pets. In past years, she liked spending time at the Lake of the Ozarks and going boating. Denise was dearly loved, and will be missed by all who knew her.
Memorials may be made to the Animal Welfare Society, Delta Gamma Center for Children with Visual Impairments, or ESRA.
