Betty J. Brown

Brown, Betty J. (nee: Armstrong), of St. Charles, MO, died on Tuesday, November 15, 2016, at the age of 84. Loving wife of the late Clyde Dwayne Brown; beloved daughter of the late Mary Wilson and Ralph Armstrong; devoted mother of James "Jay" Davis and Donald (Cheri) Davis; cherished grandmother of Rachel (Dr. Joshua Potter) Davis, Marc Davis, and Paul Davis; treasured step mother of Vicki (Tom) Thoma, Tony Brown, Susan Duncan, and Christine (Frank) Carson; dear step grandmother of Bill Kreps, Benjamin Thoma, Broderick Thoma, Brenna Thoma, Jocelyn Duncan, Sean Duncan, Buck Carson, Madelyn Carson, and Emily Carson; dear sister of Mary Elizabeth (Albert) Diemert, Vera "Vicki" Operschall, Barbara Wilson, Sue Steiniger, and the late William Armstrong; and also survived by her special niece Trish Donovan.

Betty was the owner/operator of Betty’s Dolls and More in St. Charles and Wentzville. She enjoyed shopping, jewelry, traveling to Europe and taking cruises. Mostly, Betty loved being with her family and friends, and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
