Barbara Joan Roberson

Barbara Joan Roberson (nee Jorden), of O'Fallon, MO, passed away Friday, October 9, 2020 at the age of 81. Beloved daughter of the late James and Lucille Jorden; devoted mother of Walter (Marshia) Roberson, Jr., Barbara  (Bob) Siebens, Matthew (Natalie) Roberson, Phillip Roberson, Richard (Shari)  Roberson, Joseph (Kim) Roberson, and Jeffrey (Lukpad) Roberson; cherished grandmother of 15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; dear sister of Jerry Jorden, Sandy Hart, and Bart Jorden; and is proceeded in death by her former husband, Walter Roberson, Sr.

Barbara was very faithful and loved God and her whole family fiercely and unconditionally. She prayed for her grandchildren's future spouses and welcomed in-laws and grand in-laws with open arms. One thing that Barbara always loved to say was "You are my favorite Phil, Joe, Sis etc." Barbara spent her free time mentoring with young women in crisis and sharing the love of God with them. Barbara was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She always knew just how to make everyone feel special.
