Fartashpour, Bahram of Saint Charles, MO passed away Sunday, April 14, 2019 at the age of 88. Preceded in death by his parents, Gholam-Hossein Fartashpour and Mahin Moradian; Two sisters, Parvin Fartashpour and Simin Fartashpour.
Survived by beloved wife, Iran Khanlar; son, Arash (Tami) Fartashpour; grandson, Colin Arya Fartashpour; brother, Hormuz Fartashpour; many nieces and nephews: Azita Fartashpour, Atoosa Fartashpour, Rosita Fartashpour, Mehrdad Khorasani, Alireza Khorasani and Farshid Jackfar.
Bahram proudly served his country as an Imperial Iranian Air Force pilot. Bahram loved the game of chess; he was a life-long chess player. If he wasn’t playing chess, as a fan of sports he would be enjoying a soccer game. Bahram always had a smile on his face and enjoyed the outdoors. Bahram was a true family man, a loving husband and father. He enjoyed spending time with family, especially treasured the time spent with his only grandson Colin. Bahram was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
