Arthur Edward Schneider

Arthur Edward Schneider, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Saturday, October 12, 2019 at the age of 75. Loving husband of Lily “Lil” Schneider; beloved son of the late Armin and Marie Schneider; devoted father of Arthur “Artie” H. (Coya) Schneider and Mark Schneider; former father-in-law of Tricia Schneider; cherished grandfather of Kaitlyn Schneider, Nicole Schneider, and Trey Schneider; treasured great-grandfather of Taylor & Autumn; dear brother of Armin (Beulah) Schneider, Don (Jeanne) Schneider, and Gary Schneider; dearest uncle of D.J. & Marla Schneider, Randy & Suzanne Williams; dearest friend of Larry Smith, Larry Keeling, Frank Tricamo, and Ron "Zuppy" Zulpo; uncle, cousin, and friend to many. Arthur is preceded in death by his sister, Alice Visconti.

Art was a carpenter and retired after many years. He was a member of Carpenters District Council Local 97. Art enjoyed woodworking, he also was a car enthusiast and especially liked drag racing and street rods. Art liked dogs and traveling. He liked to go camping and fishing on the Mississippi River and taking car rides with his wife. Art enjoyed driving his golf cart around New Town with his sidekick Mr. Blue. He and his wife liked to renovate and fix up their home. Around the holidays Art enjoyed playing Santa Claus. He had a great love for music, played drums and sang in his band, Country Rock and karaoke. He was very generous with his time, never met a stranger and loved spending time with family and friends. Art was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
