Payne, Reginald D. “Reggie”, of St. Charles, MO, died on Friday, May 27, 2016, at the age of 80. Loving husband of Betty A. Payne; devoted father of Keith A. Payne and Greg (Jackie) Payne; cherished grandfather of Devon, Melissa, Nicole, Aaron, and Zachary; cherished great-grandfather of Bradley, Skylar, Allison, and Mason; dear brother-in-law of Edna Terry and Irma Loggeman.
Reggie was an avid NASCAR Fan, Bill Elliott and Kyle Busch were his favorite drivers. He was a “Handy Man”; a “Jack of all trades”, always willing to help his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
