Jasper, Peggy, (nee: Hurd), of O’Fallon, MO, died on Monday, September 12, 2016, at the age of 78. Beloved wife of Ed Jasper, Sr.; cherished daughter of the late Charley and Ellen Hurd; devoted mother of Ed (Heidi) Jasper and the late Laura Helen (Joe) Mercier; loving grandmother of Amber LaBarge and Jessica Mercier; treasured sister of Bob (Barbara) Hurd.
Peggy’s greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends. She was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
