Hackman, John E., of O'Fallon, MO, died on Tuesday, May 17, 2016, at the age of 75. Loving husband of 52 years to Janice B. “Jan” Hackman; beloved son of the late Elmer and Valarian Hackman; devoted father of Ross (Sarah) Hackman and Jeff (Bonnie) Hackman; cherished grandfather of Emma and Sam; dear brother of Robert (Flo) Hackman.
John proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He enjoyed reading and watching old western movies. John was an avid sports fan, especially football. Most of all he enjoyed being with his family, especially his grandchildren.
