I want to thank the entire staff at Baue for their compassion, caring and support through our difficult time, laying our son Clayton to rest. Neva was patient, kind and her gentle guidance made the process a calmer experience for us. We had so many questions and she seemed to have all the answers. Courtney was there at the gathering to make sure everything went well and the needs of our family were met. The outpouring of concern and kind words from everyone at Baue made us feel we were not alone at our difficult time. Laying a loved one to rest in never easy, but “everyone” at Baue helped and supported us so we would make it through. Each of you will always hold a special place in my family and my heart. Baue is truly a family that cares. Thank each of you for being the exceptional people you are.

My niece recently passed away. Baue handled the cremation, visitation, funeral, and burial. I could not have been more impressed with their sense of compassion, level of professionalism, and attention to our entire family. From the onset, everyone at Baue made the devastating events just a bit easier through their kindness and care. Stefanie, Alexis, and Kelly…our family was truly blessed by the genuine love you showed throughout the entire process. We simply can not thank you enough for your support, dedication, and guidance! God bless.
Buried my great grandson and had a beautiful visitation..The baue family does a great job, making you feel comfortable all the way.

Thank you for your help to give my son closure to his son and my grandson. As you know it was very difficult for both sides of the families. I’m very grateful for everything you did.

I want to reach out to you to say Thank You!!! I can’t begin to say enough about how impressed I was with the care, dedication, professionalism and the attention to detail you provided to our family during one of the worst times of our life. My mom looked beautiful. The service was beautiful. You constantly checked on us. Most of all you treated us like normal people and not like we were just another customer. Our director, Paul Baue went above & beyond. I can’t begin to say how much it meant to me & my family the care he has shown during such a difficult time. From day one till our mom was at her resting place, thank you for being there. You made this day a little easier. Our celebrant, Pat Rankin, the same. Very caring, and the sweetest words were spoken about our mother. Words I couldn’t have said any better. To the rest of the staff, thank you! You all made this unbearable time easier.
We’ve had several other funerals at other mortuaries and there’s no comparison. Baue is definitely top notch. I cannot thank you enough.

Yesterday was the funeral. It was so special. Thank you to Stephanie. Rev. Stevens, the service you did for our father was just spot on! It was as if you’d known him your whole life. I was so moved. I really don’t have the words to express how well you did helping us to say goodbye (for now) to our Dad. Thanks to everyone at Baue Cave Springs and to the Military men who paid him honor. It was such a nice experience for our family.
On Saturday, December 3rd, I attended the Memorial Service with a group of friends. Upon leaving I had an issue with my leg and was unable to walk. Immediately, some of your staff was there to help. As it became evident that I was unable to apply any pressure on my leg, members of your staff brought a wheelchair to assist me. They felt it necessary to provide me with a ride home. I want to extend my gratitude and appreciation for the thoughtfulness and caring that your staff provided. Lindsay & Mike brought me home, got me settled in, and stayed a while to make sure that all was well before they left. Everything that was done that day for me was way beyond the call of your service.
Courtney Molloy did an amazing job taking care of my moms funeral arrangements with us. We shared some of our fondest memories, laughed with, cried in front of her and she was thoughtful and helpful along our journey of my moms passing!
Thank you for everything Courtney!
The sensitivity and tenderness, care and concern from all Baue staff that helped my family with mom’s funeral made this bad time a little more bearable. We were treated with warmth and kindness. The (Dr. Alan Wolfelt) seminar was very valuable to me as well as the grief support group you offer. I cannot imagine going through the process of mom’s funeral without the support of the entire staff at Baue.
The support of Kelly K. has been so very valuable to me and continues to be. She understands what I am feeling. Her compassion means so much to me.
I felt like Dr. Alan was reading my mind and answering my questions and explained things so great. Very intelligent.
Overall, the people who made sure we were taken care of when mom was laid out were so very caring. The people that were there from Baue (especially Milton) the day we had the funeral and laid her to rest went out of their way to be sensitive and compassionate in meeting our needs.
On a side note, your maintenance staff are very quiet and back off into the distance if they are around when I am visiting the grave to give me privacy, which shows me they care.
Milton was amazing with taking care of every detail of my dad’s funeral. He was patient , kind, and I don’t know What we Would have done without him. Truly us his calling to help others. THANK YOU Milton, and Baue on West Clay.

My family and I would like to thank Stefanie and all the staff at Baue. They were very respectful of my aunt’s and our family’s wishes. The attention to even the smallest detail was far and away beyond our expectations. All of our concerns were handled from the very beginning of the process to the last. Thank you all again for your compassion and care during our difficult time.
I would like to thank Jamie Fann for the special delivery of a fall wreath. It was from a drawing at the Alzheimer’s walk earlier this month. The wreath is beautiful and the memory of where I won it from is extra special. It is always good to see our local business participate in a cause that is so close to many of us. Our family has used Baue for their services and we have always been treated with caring and respect. We appreciate you!

My mother-in-law lived with us in Chattanooga, Tennessee. When she passed away we called Baue to get their help. They took care of everything. If it had not been for their help we don’t know what we would have done. We want to thank ALL the staff as they were all extremely helpful. We especially want to thank Maria. Her kindness was greatly appreciated. We also wish to thank Pat Rankin for his sermon and graveside speech. They were truly inspiring. We felt that both he and Maria cared about our grief. This day in age it is rare that you deal with a company that has this kind of integrity. Absolutely first class all the way please accept our deepest and most sincere THANK YOU.

To everyone at BAUE and to you Courtney,
I personally want to thank everyone involved with taking care of our mother during the time of her death. With all the planning that my mom and dad did in the past, there are still things that can be over looked and Courtney, you helped fill in all the cracks of things could have been forgotten about. Everyone take pride in what you do. Dealing with death in a day to day basis know that you also give comfort and peace of mind to the families you work with. So from my family, we all all want to say again THANK YOU for a job well done.

Loved One in Our Care: Sue C. Smith
The service and attention you gave (even the smallest details) did not go unnoticed by me. Everyone was patient, courteous, compassionate, thorough, mementos were displayed so appropriately, the cookies were a nice touch for me and the staff was so patient to allow us time to get things together for the long trip back to NE. They were even so kind to send a large bag of cookies along with us. Everything you did spoke “Excellence” for me. On a scale of 1 to 10, your service was 100 for me.
Thank you for making this time much easier for me as I said goodbye to my only sibling. May God continue to bless you all as you continue to aim for excellence in your profession.

I’d like to thank Todd for the wonderful job he did with our mothers’ funeral on March 12, 2016. Todd met with my brothers and I on March 7th and assisted us in completing the arrangements my parents had already prepared. Todd was professional, kind, sensitive, and accommodating to our needs every step of the way.
Later in the week, Todd took time out of his day to call and inquire on how we were doing!
The day of the funeral Todd was there early and ready to assist in any way he could. He is unflappable!! (If that’s a word??) Always calm and professional. We would highly recommend Todd, to coordinate a funeral, to any of our friends and family.
Thanks to Baue Funeral Home for a professional yet personal funeral plan and execution.
