Zoanna G. Orf

Zoanna G. Orf (nee: Theissen) of Saint Charles, MO, passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2017, at the age of 90. Beloved wife of Melvin T. Orf; cherished daughter of the late George P. and Elizabeth Theissen; devoted mother of Sharon (Bill) Schnarre, and Ken (Jacque) Orf; loving grandmother of Elizabeth "Ellie" (James) Igo, Brooke (Kirk) Prenger, Kristi (Darren) Webber, Brian Orf, Daniel (Jessica) Orf, and Cassie (Chris) Higgins; treasured great-grandmother of Zoey, Hadley, Cole, Gwen, Chase, Sydney; dear sister of Pauline Mitchell; and also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Zoanna is preceded in death by her siblings Laverne Primeau, Evelyn Wehmeyer, Muriel Pfaff, Darlene Wehmeier, Verlee Wessler, Vera Theissen, Louis P. Theissen, and Harold Theissen.

Zoanna worked for many years as a Seamstress in the Garment Factory. Some of her favorite pastimes were gardening, fishing, and sewing. Above all else, she loved her family. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
