Zachary “Zach” James Mantei
April 11, 1993 — December 21, 2015
Mantei, Zachary “Zach” James of Weldon Spring, MO, died on Monday, December 21, 2015, at the age of 22. Beloved son of Gary Allen and Mary Beth Mantei; devoted brother of Daniel Mantei and Nicole Mantei; cherished grandson of Marvin Mantei and Roy & Mary Ann Kuhn; and beloved nephew, cousin, and friend to many. He is preceded in death by his grandmother Barbara Sue Mantei, cousin Michael Charles Brady, and godfather Steve Creaghan.
Zach’s three loves in life besides his family and friends, were Lutheran South Hockey, fast cars, and CRH Transportation.
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do, than by the ones you did do.”
“Some people dream of success others make it happen.”
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Lutheran High School South Hockey.
