Walter Thomas Dietz

Walter Thomas Dietz of Saint Charles, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, November 20, 2018, at the age of 83. Loving husband of the late Hazeline Dietz; cherished son of the late John and Myrtle Deitz; devoted father of Donna R. McLain, Thomas W. Dietz, and Tammy L. (Steve) Young; dear brother of Leroy Dietz, Joyce Dailey, Linda Muir, Betty Jean Dietz, and Willie Jane Dietz; loving grandfather of Brittani (Chris), Jordan, Sydni, Brady, and Sky; treasured great-grandfather of Parker, Easton, Silas, and Bauer. He is also survived my many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Walter is preceded in death by his sister Dorothy J. Smolak.
Walter enjoyed watching his grandchildren's sporting events, he liked Blues hockey, and loved watching the St. Louis Cardinals play baseball. He was an easygoing, kind soul that would do anything for anyone. Walter was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
