Virginia M. Lentz
September 16, 1929 — January 24, 2017
Virginia M. Lentz, (nee: Koonce) of O’Fallon, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, January 24, 2017, at the age of 87. Beloved wife of almost 70 years to Audie “Buster” Lentz; cherished daughter of the late Chester M. and Bertha Koonce; and cherished aunt to numerous nieces and nephews. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her siblings, John Koonce, Margaret LaCook, William Koonce, Chester Koonce, and Joyce Coomer.
Virginia was a very gifted musician who enjoyed playing guitar and piano. She was also very athletic and enjoyed playing sports. Virginia was an animal lover who raised Beagles to compete in field trials. She was also a member of Cleveland Baptist Church in Cleveland, Arkansas. She was deeply loved, and will be missed by all who knew her.
