Virginia "Jenny" Walters of St. Charles, MO, passed away at the age of 81 on Tuesday, February 2, 2021. She is survived by her beloved husband, Carl Walters; her daughter, Diann (Robert Papa) Walters; her granddaughter, Sami (Sean) Anthony; her great-grandchildren, Brystol Anthony and one on the way; her brother, Roy (Connie) Orr; her brothers-in-law, Walt (Jackie) Brewer and Bob (Joyce) Walters; and she was a dear aunt, cousin, and friend to many.
Jenny was preceded in death by her parents, Paul “Roy” and Leslie Orr; and her sister, Lana Brewer.
Jenny loved going down to have a fun time at the casino where she was a regular pro at the craps table. She had a great sense of style and flair, loved getting “done up,” and thought it was important to dress to the nines. There was a real passion for travel – anywhere and everywhere – in Jenny’s life and she especially cherished her “girls’ trips” with her daughter and granddaughter. Before her sister Lana passed away, the two shared a close, inseparable bond together and the two loved spending time together while golfing with the women’s league. Jenny will always be remembered as someone who was charmingly sassy, stubborn, and, above all, generous. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Memorial contributions in Jenny’s name may be made to
the American Cancer Society.
