Hoffman, Thomas Edward, of O’Fallon, MO, died on Thursday, August 4, 2016, at the age of 78. Beloved husband of Carolyn Hoffman; cherished son of the late Roy and Mary Hoffman; devoted father of Thomas (Lynne) Hoffman, Kathleen (Jim) Maier, Edward (Jaclyn) Hoffman, and Lynn (Ken) Flesch; loving grandfather of Sara Maier, Nick Maier, Morgan Hoffman, Meridith Hoffman, Emily Flesch, and Jake Flesch; and dear brother of Charles Hoffman, Bill Hoffman, Robert (Jeri) Hoffman, Lee (Kay) Hoffman, and Lorraine Freesmeier.
Thomas was also preceded in death by his siblings: Marion Donovan, John Hoffman, Delores Wilson, and Richard Hoffman.
Thomas was a longtime member of Assumption Catholic Parish in O’Fallon, MO and Teamster Local 688. He was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
Memorials may be made to St. Vincent de Paul.
