Thelma M. Stevens of St. Charles, MO, passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2017, at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Joe Stevens; cherished daughter of the late Frank and Melissa Hickman; devoted mother of Bruce Brokaw, Don Brokaw, and J Brokaw; dear sister of Dennis (Marie) Hickman, Bob (Sue) Hickman, and Bill Hickman. Thelma was also preceded in death by her first husband Charles Brokaw.
