Thelma L. Fisher, nee: Cobb, of St. Charles, MO, passed away Sunday, June 18, 2017, at the age of 82.  Loving wife of the late Clyde M. Fisher, Jr., beloved daughter of the late Ozner H. and Velma Cobb; devoted mother of Teresa (Gary) Proebsting, Cathy Kalamitsiotis, Greg (Michele) Fisher, and step-mother of Clyde L. (Sheryl) Fisher; cherished grandmother of Kyle (Maria) Proebsting, Shari Cooper, Michael (Nikki) Kalamitsiotis, Jason (Jamie) Kalamitsiotis, Amanda (Shane) Hanson, Megan (Trevor) Smith, Zach Fisher (Katie Chudy), Shannon Lutkins, Ryan Fisher, Tina (James) Kaser, and Tammy (Michael) Newman; and treasured great-grandmother of Leah, Quinn, Devin, Alexis, Caitlin, Braden, Sofia, Emily, Lucas, Nicholas, Greyson, Austin, Brooke, Mikala, Jordan, Seth, Brooklyn, and Shayla. Thelma was preceded in death by her siblings Harvey Cobb, Leroy Hayes, and Dorothy (Louis) Jones.  She was a dear sister-in-law, aunt, cousin, and friend to many.

Thelma retired from S.W. Bell after more than 33 years as an operator.  She worked with her husband as owners of Fisher’s Service Station in Kennett, MO.  She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed dinners with her family.  She had fun shopping, eating out at buffets, and cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals.  She also liked to watch T.V. with her favorite shows being The Young and The Restless, Wheel of Fortune, and Price is Right.  Most of all, Thelma loved being with her family, especially her grandchildren.  She was dearly loved, and will be missed by all who knew her.
