Ordoukhanian graduated in 1958 from Medical University at Tehran, Iran and he served at the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, FL for his internship. He became a general practice resident in Buffalo, NY at that time became interested in pediatrics. He began his career at General Hospital in Rochester. He served his second and third years in pediatrics at Homer G. Phillips in emergency medicine and an instructor of new interns. He went on to be Chief Pediatrician at St. Louis County Hospital. He continued his practice in St. Charles. He was at St. Joseph Hospital 25 years. He retired in 1990. Dearest husband of the late Carline Ordoukhanian and Sharon Ordoukhanian, son of the late Arshag and Repsimeh Ordoukahnian; dear father of Eric (Monica) Ordoukhanian, Ray (Christina) Ordoukhanian, Phillip (Mary Ellen) Ordoukhanian and Sheila (Paul) Roberts; dear brother of Emma Aghyan, Bagdasar Ordoukhanian, Aris Ordoukhanian and Emil Ordoukhanian; beloved grandfather of Ryan, Evan, Brandon, Robert, Andrew, Angela and Alec Ordoukhanian.
