Stacy Hedges Champagne

Stacy Hedges Champagne, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Tuesday, October 2, 2018, at the age of 54. Loving wife of Brannon Champagne, Sr.; Beloved daughter of Wesley and the late Sally Hedges; devoted mother of Courtney (Eric) Crider, Brannon Champagne, Jr., Charles "Chip" Champagne, and Trent Champagne; dear sister of Cindy (David) Greising, Lynda (Bob) Molina, and Leslie Hedges. Stacy is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends, and family.

Stacy was a graduate of St. Charles High School. She received her B.A. in Economics from DePauw University where she was president of Delta Gamma Sorority and was crowned Old Gold Homecoming Queen. She was a CPA and partner at T.A. Ohlms LLC and enjoyed volunteering her time and expertise to various organizations. She was an active member of First United Methodist Church and the P.E.O. Sisterhood. She enjoyed summers at the Muny, traveling, reading, and cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals. Above all she loved being a mom and cherished time with her four children attending their activities and sporting events. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and the St. Charles community.
