I appreciated Sharon’s intellect which led me to recruit her to the Payroll Team many years ago. In working with her, I came to witness her special sense of humor even in the face of adversity and her deep commitment to family and friends. I was especially impressed when she told me she created quilts for her grandchildren with pictures from their various accomplishments and activities each year. Hold tight to those special memories.

H.L. Menken “You can’t do anything about the length of your life, but you can do something about its width and depth.” Sharon lived a wide and deep life!

candle 5I will miss my sister in-law. I have always valued her direct honesty that would have that perfect twist of humor with it. I value the photo albums and scrapbooks that she created. Family was first and her driving force. She was a strong and very intelligent woman. I am already missing her more than I can express.

Thank you for leaving a note. That would have been Lenox school. Sharon was sad to leave PL and spoke fondly of her time there. Being the little sister, I always wanted to do the things she was able to do! I believe a photo from your HS days was one Sharon’s daughter’s posted on a photo board for her services. There were 5 girls in that photo, Thinking one of those girls was you. She’ll be missed dearly. Stacey

    Stacy, Chad, Eddie Jr.,

I am so sorry to hear this terrible heart breaking news as well as the passing of your wonderful parents. Eddie and I had wonderful times together in PL at your homes and always tried to sneak around Sharon so as to not be caught doing what ever we were doing. WE could never get away with anything. I still remember the time Eddie and I were streaking in the yard near the pool and Sharon caught us. Ed and I didnt care we were young and stupid. Those were wonderful times in my life and I have your family to thank for it.

    May God bless you all.

Thank you for your kind words. We spoke of several of those stories this past weekend. Once a friend always a friend, our entire family was pretty fond of you. Sharon was great at reaching out and it was so nice when you were able to visit in St. Louis several years ago. PL was indeed a good place to grow up. Sharon lives keeping the two of you in line!
