Sarah Elizabeth Phelps

Sarah Elizabeth Phelps of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Friday, June 19, 2020 at the age of 24. Cherished daughter of Omer L (Cathy) Phelps and Trudy (Keith) Woolbright; loving granddaughter of Elaine Keller and the late Joe Keller, and the late Norman and Charlotte Phelps; dear sister of Andrew Phelps, Matthew Phelps and Joshua Phelps; step-sister of Carson Phelps; treasured aunt of Joe and Marshall; Sarah is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear caregivers. Sarah is also preceded in death by her dog Cocoa.

Sarah was a true fighter, an inspiration to anyone lucky enough to know her. She loved playing with small Altoids tins by putting small beads in them with her favorite color being purple. She loved her therapy dog “Cocoa” aka Midget who would sleep curled up between her legs. Sarah would be so excited to see “Cocoa” each day and asked for her often even when Cocoa had passed away.

Sarah was a loving, kind person that enjoyed being with family and friends who could light up a room with her smile. She was also a member of Grace Baptist Church in St. Charles. Sarah was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made to the Sarah Phelps Memorial Fund at the Lindell Bank and Trust Company, 5500 Mexico Road St. Peters, MO, 63376 to help offset funeral costs.
