Ronald Lee Weaver

Weaver, Ronald Lee, 71, St. Peters, MO (formerly of Peoria, IL) passed away on Thursday, November 29, 2018. Born October 14, 1947 in Peoria, Illinois, he attended Richwoods Community High School prior to enlisting in the United States Marine Corps and serving in Viet Nam. Ron married Christine Tate in 1966. Ron worked as a Teamster for 30 years driving for Sturm Freightways and Hyman Freightways for the bulk of his career. Although, his favorite job was that of grandfather and that was a job he did better than anyone.

Ron is survived by his wife of 52 years, Christine (Tate) of St. Peters, MO. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Debra of St. Peters, MO, Jennifer (Craig) Stilabower of Jefferson City, MO and his granddaughters Carrington Stilabower and Adrienne Weaver. He is also survived by his brother Alfred (Norma) Weaver of Peoria, IL, their daughter, Monica Green and her son Morten of Ballarat, Australia and many other extended family members. Ron was preceded in death by his parents, Clif and Georgia Weaver; his nephew, Mark Weaver and many other family members who loved him and were loved by him.

According to his wishes, Ron is being cremated and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
