Ronald Lee Dickenson

Ronald Dickenson, of O’Fallon, MO, passed away at the age of 81 on Tuesday, May 5, 2020. He was preceded in death by his daughters, Celia Langston and Elizabeth Allen; his parents, Raymond (Kay) Dickenson and Thelma Dickenson; and his brother, Raymond Dickenson, Jr.

Ronald is survived by his beloved wife of thirty-nine years, Laverne Dickenson; his children, Marie (Michael) Pfeifer, Barbara (Timothy) Tabers, Susan (Greg) Ketts, Veronica (Roger) Smithson; his stepdaughter, Teri (Harper) Bennett; his eighteen grandchildren; his thirty-nine great-grandchildren; his sister, Gloria Winters; and his loving nieces and nephews.

Ronald loved being outdoors tending to his yard and planting flowers whenever they were in season. He had a very selfless, neighborly personality so that he often helped his neighbors out with their own yards and flowers. His sense of humor was one of his many fine characteristics and his great jokes could light up a room. Above everything, Ronald cherished the time he spent with his family and treasured the memories they were all able to make together over the years. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
