Ronald L. West, of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Thursday, October 27, 2016, at the age of 67. Loving husband of 46 years to Carol A. West; beloved son of the late Earl B. West and Nellie G. Cano; devoted father of Nicole (Robert) Blechle and the late Michael P. West; cherished grandfather of Mattilynn West, Erica Blechle, Hayden Blechle, and Mia Blechle; dear brother of Leroy (Sylvia) Cano, Judy Cano, Wilyman Cano, Jimmy Cano, and Barbie Murray. Ronald was also preceded in death by his siblings, Gloria Wilson and Carl Wilson, and his beloved Bichon, Shanny.
Ron proudly served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He worked as a Sales Manager for 34 years with Hostess and Pepperidge Farm. He loved sports, and was a huge fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and St. Louis Blues. He has very strong Republican beliefs, and was a proud Donald Trump supporter. In his spare time, he enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles, playing video poker, and watching the Hallmark channel. Ron cherished spending time with his grandchildren. He was dearly loved, and will be missed by all who knew him.
Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Missouri.
