Robert Karl

Robert "Bob" Karl (Bushdiecker), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Monday, May 20, 2019 at the age of 89. Cherished son of the late Charles and Mellissa Bushdiecker; beloved husband of the late Nancy Lorraine Karl; devoted father of Vicki (Big T) Custer, John Buschdiecker, Patrick Bushdiecker and Michael Karl; He was also survived by Special Sister Wanda Williams

Bob is also preceded in death by daughter, Roberta Ann Bushdiecker and by many siblings.

Bob proudly and honorably served in the United States Navy for 20 years. After retirement he became a Sheet Metal Worker for Local # 36, retiring again after 30 years. Bob was a member of the VFW Post #2866, Fleet Reserve Assoc. #271, Palastine Masonic Lodge #241, Royal Arch Mason Chapter #111, and York Council #40. Bob was one of a kind. He was a unique individual who had a great sense of humor. Bob was a devoted family man bringing stability to his children. He enjoyed traveling with his wife and adored his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A man of Faith, he was a devout Christian and never waivered from his Christian values.

Robert was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
