Robert “Bob” LaFrenier
November 12, 1943 — October 14, 2016
LaFrenier, Robert, of St. Charles, MO, died on Friday, October 14, 2016, at the age of 72. Cherished son of the late John “Jack” and Norma LaFrenier; devoted father of Stacey (Jeff) Geisendorfer, Brook LaFrenier, and Torin LaFrenier; loving grandfather of Jeff, Parker, Brittany, Cooper, Sophia, and Max; dear brother of Len (Lynn) LaFrenier, David LaFrenier, and Rick (Constance Thompson) LaFrenier; dear uncle, cousin, and friend to many. Bob is also survived by his beloved dog, BJ.
Bob was also preceded in death by his siblings: John “Butch” LaFrenier and Normie LaFrenier.
Bob proudly served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. His patriotism was very important to him. In his spare time, Bob enjoyed gardening, making homemade salsa, and watching the Green Bay Packers. He also enjoyed traveling to the tropics with his family. Bob’s greatest joy was spending time with his family and dogs. He was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
