Robert “Bob” Balch

Robert Dale Balch, of Wellsville, MO, passed away Friday, July 23, 2021 at the age of 64. Cherished son of Esther Sevena Speer and the late James Henry Balch. Devoted father of Benjamin (April Massey) Balch, Samantha Balch, Joseph (Kate Hargrove) Balch, the late Sarah Ann Balch, and the late Cornelius Balch; loving grandfather of Owen Danger Balch and Amelia Rowe Balch; dear brother of Liz Farinella, Linda (Rick) Plate, Angeline (Robert) Wood, and the late James Henry Balch, Jr.; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Robert loved the outdoors and being in the country. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and rock hunting. He even owned a rock collection. Robert was also very mechanical inclined, and enjoyed working on cars and motorcycles, and had rehabbed a few homes. Robert had a passion for music and always had music on. He was a self-taught guitar player. He also loved playing pool. Robert was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
