Richard “Rick” Charles Ware Jr.

Richard “Rick” C. Ware Jr., of Wentzville, MO, passed away Saturday, December 28, 2019 at the age of 68. Beloved husband of Ruth A. Ware; cherished son of the late Betty E. and Richard C. Ware, Sr. Dear brother of Brenda M. (Duane) Telle, Deelena B. (David) Brand, and the late Steve R. Ware; devoted father of Jeff Morin and Isaac (Violet) Grindle; loving grandfather of Abigail & Andrew Grindle; loving uncle of Duane (Antoinette) Telle Jr., Richard Telle, Paul (Julie) Telle Sr., Anna (Steve) Hedges, and Renee Ware; he was a cousin and friend to many, who never knew a stranger.

Rick was a very artistic, talented, and smart person. He was known for his love of knowledge and his enjoyment of life. He had a love for music where he would pick up most any instrument, but mainly he enjoyed playing his guitars, the drums, the piano, the flute, or any instruments he needed to create an amazing church service, he truly had a love for Christ and enjoyed his ministry with music. He was known for being a big kid at heart. In his spare time, he would spontaneously go on road trips to a variety of places such as the ocean where he and Ruth enjoyed getting in touch with nature and collecting shells or sea glass. Most of all, he loved the time he spent with his family and truly adored being a grandfather. Rick was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Memorials may be made in Rick's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
