Richard L. “Dick” Reimer

Richard L. “Dick” Reimer, of Saint Charles, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2018, at the age of 87.  Loving husband of 54 years to the late Marsha A. Reimer; beloved son of the late Fhay and Thelma Reimer; devoted father of Jeff  Reimer (Monica Stork fiancé), Jennifer (Tom) Bierman, Jill (Keith) Noah, and John Reimer; cherished grandfather of Doug (Bunny) Bierman, Kayla (Josh) Ochoa, Brandon Noah, Sophie Reimer, Sam Reimer, and the late Casey (Craig) Campana; treasured great-grandfather of Tyler Bierman, Vince Campana, Brady Bierman, Cooper Bierman, Jaxson Ochoa, and Cody Ochoa; and dear brother of Larry (Debbie) Reimer and Cheryl (Dave) Brackemyre.

Dick retired after more than 40 years in sales from G.S. Metals.  After retirement, he worked part-time as a service assistant for Baue Funeral Homes for 10 years.  He was a devoted man of faith and a member of St. Charles Christian Church for more than 40 years, where he also served as treasurer.  He enjoyed crossword puzzles, watching Jeopardy, meeting the guys at McDonald’s for coffee, and Wednesday night dinners at El Agave restaurant.

Dick was well-liked and known for his great sense of humor.  He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

The family would like to thank the staff at the Villages of St. Peter’s Memory Care for their wonderful care and support of their dad these past three years.  Also, a special thank you to Caris Hospice for their excellent care as well.
